
Location Manager
Platinum Recruiting is working with a BC owned company that has been in business for the last 50 years in the car rental industry. Offering sustainability and flexibility, this organization is looking for a Locations Manager to join their amazing team! Reporting to the Director of Operations, this full-time permanent role is looking for a candidate that brings high energy, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset. Along with ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing effectiveness in employee productivity, and vehicle rentals a successful candidate will also:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounts receivable collection
- Meet projected revenue and incremental sales objectives
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing on current business level of existing customers
- Communicate and introduce all company policies, programs and concerns
- Liaise with Training and Development Manager and assist with the training, coaching and development of employees
- Coach and support CSR and SR’s, including performance reviews and disciplinary action as necessary
- Develop plans to improve the delivery of service to customers
- Resolve customer complaints with authority as determined by the Operations Manager
- Deliver all required information and documentation to internal customers within prescribed time frames
Duties and Qualifications:
- A valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Previous management or supervisory experience
