Typically our lead-time is 1-3 weeks but we will do our best to work within your time frame. The timeline largely depends on the role in question, something we place frequently can often be done in a matter of days, while a rare and specialized role can take longer. Let us know what you’re looking for and we will do our best to meet your needs!

We have a variety of different services that we can provide depending on what is needed in your particular situation. For a full, permanent placement, the fee is based on the annual salary of the position being filled.

Yes! We have a 90 day Replacement Guarantee where within the first 90 days (i.e. Probation Period), if the new hire does not work out for whatever reason, we will do a free replacement with someone who is a better fit. We pride ourselves on finding the best person for each opportunity so in the rare case it doesn’t work out we will find you someone who will meet your needs. We know you need that position filled and we will work hard to help make that happen!

We thoroughly pre-screen our candidates with interviews, computer testing, reference checks, and additional checks where applicable. Our goal is to create a great match for both the employee and employer to ensure a long and successful placement.

Based out of Kelowna, we primarily service the Okanagan and surrounding area, though we do placements throughout B.C. from the Kootenays to Vancouver.
