Platinum Recruiting is working with a privately owned and operated concrete contractor, they’ve been specializing in slip form curbing, hand formed curbing, flatwork, decorative work, and structural work in the Okanagan for over 30 years!!

They are currently seeking a Concrete Curbing & Sidewalk Carpenter/Form Setter who enjoys working in a team environment and is able to perform physical tasks on a daily basis.

Job duties:

· Construction of concrete forms for placing curbs & sidewalks.

· Assembling and Disassembling steel & wood formwork.

· Loading flat decks with forming materials.

Job Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Must be willing to work long hours.

· Able to perform psychical tasks.

· Must have basic carpentry skills involving forming for concrete pours with some experience included on resume

Additional Information:

· Seasonal work April-December.

· Hours vary but will generally be 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

· You will occasionally be asked to travel a couple times a year to the East Kootenays for 1-week trips.

· Wage will be dependent on experience.
