The role –
As General Manager it will come as no surprise that you will be responsible for the overall success of the Restaurant including achieving set targets, maximizing growth, recruiting and training your team, providing the highest possible quality of experience to your guests, scheduling staff shift rotation`s and overseeing the weekly inventory count.
This role will give you the scope to develop you team in your own way to achieve expectations from your senior management while surpassing the expectations of your guests!
Skills and experience –
For this position you will have held a role of General Manager or Restaurant Manager with a similar establishment of seated dinning and have a proven track record of achieving targets, experience of both front and back of house, knowledge of EPOS systems, cash reconciliation and stock orders.
The main thing that will set you apart for the competition will be your personality and ability foster a strong team environment, being supportive to your team and develop them to reach their potential.
