Our client, a well established law firm in downtown Kelowna, is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a professional yet personable approach to those they interact with in their role.
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and will work closely with all members of the team, while managing a variety of key administrative tasks. Strong computer skills are essential. Previous experience in a law firm is as asset, though not required.
Hours: Traditionally, this is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm (one hour unpaid lunch). In light of COVID-19 conditions, this role will start at 28 hours/week until the standard 35 hours/week schedule can be reinstated.
Wage: $18-20/hour to start
