Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager looking for a new and engaging position? Platinum Recruiting has the privilege of working with a client based in Kelowna with sites in Alberta and Ontario and they are looking to hire an Executive Coordinator to join their team.
This position would see you working directly with the COO and the CFO to support their needs and liaising with managers and departments across the company at the other sites.
Skills and Experience –
This role could see you using your experience of bookkeeping duties such as raising, paying invoices, generating financial reports and payroll with Quickbooks as well as using your exceptional administrative skills to support the multiple sites documentation, helping to arrange meetings as well as taking meeting minutes, overseeing access and content of google drives & dropbox and directing emails and phone calls to relevant people.
If your background is working for a manufacturing organization and have experience of the administration side or Shipping & Receiving then this is advantageous as you would be working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that invoices are issued when orders have shipped.
You will not need a formal education in accounting for this position as experience in a similar role is what the client is looking for.
Hours and Benefits –
If successful, you are able to chose whether to work 8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday and is fully based on site (remote working is not an option for this role) at the Kelowna site where there is free parking and you will be eligible for the company benefits (medical, Dental, holiday etc) after completing your probationary period.
