Since 2005 they have been training students with a combination of online theory with hands-on industry machine training with construction vehicles and machinery, only using actual equipment and not simulators to get the best hands-on learning. The students successfully go on to careers in the Construction, Mining and Oil & Gas industries throughout Canada.
The Role: –
Your role is integral for the continued growth and success of the company so a large amount of your day will be cold and warm calling potential leads/clients as well as staying in touch with existing customers on a regular basis (B2B) to generate new students/business and forge new relationships. It goes without say that you will be an outgoing, enthusiastic, social person who thrives on interacting with people from across Canada and happy to support them through the process.
Other duties will be to Listen/respond to students needs, provide course information, industry insights, and funding resources, Assist students in overcoming obstacles and help them in the enrolment process and provide impeccable customer service to internal & external clients. You will also be maintaining and develop an accurate pipeline of strong qualified leads, work as part of the team and assist sales and marketing in meeting monthly targets for confirmed students.
You will be able to fully utilize your strong organizational skills and will be putting your outstanding communication (both written and verbal) to maximum use every day. To be successful in any sales position you have to be persistent but still professional and hard working with a passion to win.
Skills and experience: –
As an experienced Sales Representative, you will have at least a couple of years’ of experience in sales/BSB sales behind you and will be able to hit the ground running. It would be advantageous if you have experience in the construction/industrial industry but not essential.
The package: –
The competitive salary is a fixed hourly rate and the position also offers Extended benefits and employer RRSP contributions after passing your probation.
