Overview

Are you good with numbers? Do you have strong attention to detail? Are you passionate about the real estate industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for a talented office administrator who would enjoy supporting the team in a conveyancing department of a prestige real estate firm.

Experience with real estate, law, accounting, or bookkeeping would be an asset but if you are someone who can work well independently, is self-motivated and possesses a strong sense of initiative, this could be a great fit for you.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • High Attention to detail
    • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective time management
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with benefits after 3 months. Working hours are hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30.
