Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be very detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a positive attitude. Your main duty will be to provide general legal administrative support to the litigation team in their professional & client focused law firm, located in downtown Kelowna.

You will work closely with various members of the team, while managing a variety of key administrative tasks, such as document preparation and coordination, file opening, closing, time entries, coordinating meetings, scanning documents and tacking/data entry, organize and prioritize material and workflow for review by paralegal  or lawyer.  1 – 2 years of litigation legal assistant experience, as well as a legal diploma or certificate is required. Strong computer sills – excel, word, outlook, and exposure to a variety of software programs required.

This is a full-time permanent role. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch), which includes RRSP matching contribution program and parking assistance.
